Virg! I could write a book on here on what you’ve done and how much you meant to me, but it would be redundant because so many people have shared the same sentiments...and that is truly the highest honor in life. You dedicated your life to inspiring others and put so many people in position, expecting nothing in return, and it’s honestly been comforting reading how many lives you’ve touched. But in short, thank you again for changing my life, thank you for taking a chance on me...the reason I could leave school to follow my dreams, the reason I had to get a passport 11 years ago and the reason I am able to be in a lot of rooms I sit in daily. From letting me borrow lenses as an aspiring director, to throwing me oops to design tours, as an aspiring designer. You made the “multi-hyphenate” mainstream and attainable. But beyond the surface, thank you for the guidance, thank you for opening your home to me, thank you for defending me, and thank you for the priceless experiences that have helped shaped who I am today.
