This skillet dessert didn’t last long 😋

Ingredients -
1 large ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp almond flour
1 egg (for structure)
Splash of milk (adjust for consistency)
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract and/or cinnamon (optional)
¼ cup macadamia nuts, chopped & toasted
¼ cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in peanut butter, almond flour, egg, almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla/cinnamon until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased skillet and top with toasted macadamia nuts.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the warm skillet before serving.
