Remember, you will get the reward of their good deeds too iA. . . . 🌸Summary: • Recite/ memorize Surah Al Kahf (1st 10 ayah, 1st and last 10 ayahs, the whole surah). • Send salawat to our Prophet Muhammad PBUH. • Make duaa. According to the two views, Allah SWT accepts duaa: 1- From the time when the imam sits on the minbar until the end of the prayer. 2- After ‘Asr (this is the more correct of the two views). More information/explanations can be found below. 🌸When: • You can recite it starting from Maghrib time Thursday until Maghrib time Friday. 🌸What: • Memorize/ recite the 1st 10 ayat. • Memorize/ recite the 1st and last 10 ayat. • Memorize/ recite the entire surah Al Kahf. • Tip: You can also read the translation and tafsir. ⚠️Remember: • Do what you are able to do to the best of your ability and what can be done consistently. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was asked, "What deeds are loved most by Allah?" He said, "The most regular constant deeds even though they may be few." He added, 'Don't take upon yourselves, except the deeds which are within your ability." Sahih al-Bukhari 6465 Book 81, Hadith 54 🌸Benefits: • “Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on the day of Jumu’ah, will have a light that will shine from him from one Friday to the next.” • "Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on the night of Jumu’ah , will have a light that will stretch between him and the Ancient House (the Ka’bah).” • "Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on the day of Jumu’ah, a light will shine for him from beneath his feet to the clouds of the sky, which will shine for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will be forgiven (his sins) between the two Fridays.’” • "Whosoever memorises ten verses from the beginning of Sūrah Kahf will be protected from Dajjāl (antichrist)” *and the tribulations/fitnah of the dajjal. • "Scholars explain that just as the cavemen mentioned in the Sūrah were saved from the tyrant king of their time, reciting this Sūrah will safeguard a believer from Dajjāl, as well as the evil men and oppressive rulers of all times."
