Marsha has been moved out of Christopher Park. She is currently under restoration (resting 😌) and will be available to view in the lobby at @lgbtcenternyc soon. Due to the unexpected and overwhelmingly positive response I've received from this project, I'm looking to build a small volunteer based-team for Marsha to support her while she moves through the public. Roles include communications, restoration, archiving, installation and possibly more. I've taken on all of these roles myself in the past year, and as the project continues I need support to make sure Marsha has all the attention she needs. The project will have a shared email, and in essence be navigated by the local grassroots queer community.
