when I got ready today I had something in mind that often bothers me. I often struggle with my appearance without makeup and will rarely be seen without it. On stream people will compliment my skin complexion and I always find myself telling them “it’s the camera soft focus, it’s the lighting, it’s makeup” and when I leave the house I don’t feel confident with my “made up” skin. I’ve been prioritising drinking water and sticking to a good skincare routine but my skin ages just like everyone else’s. Here’s a photo i took without dramatic eyeliner, I think I look “boring” but I also know you should embrace what makes your appearance unique, even if it’s something you struggle with.
