Something that I am extremely passionate about and have spent countless hours refining and continue to train and refine. Designed to expand your knowledge and application of sequencing in an intelligent, thoughtful and safe way. Over the three days, we will be looking at the 'why' behind sequencing and provide technique and the building blocks to sequence in a way that makes sense and becomes easy and uncomplicated to create. What will be covered? • Understanding the building blocks and different ways to create an intelligent sequence. • Understanding the energetics of poses and the purpose behind the sequence. • How to safely and intelligently sequence and teach advanced asana. • Sequencing toward a peak pose. • Practice, break down and discuss sequences each day. • Receive feedback on creating your own sequence. The training will be both practical and theory-based, with each morning beginning with a 90-minute practice. Students need to have completed a 200hour teacher training.
