I’m often asked about my fitness goals especially my postpartum ones and honestly, they’ve been pretty simple. To build a routine I can maintain. To build a lifestyle I can sustain. And to build a body that’s strong enough to pick up my kids when we’re playing, strong enough to chase them around the playground, and strong enough to show it’s cared for and loved. I want to live a long, healthy, happy life and I understand that takes a lifestyle, not just a number on the scale or one specific goal. For the last three years, after having my last baby (knowing it was my last), my goal has been to create something sustainable a routine I can keep, a journey I can enjoy. And I’m so proud of myself for doing the simple thing: keeping going.
