Banana muffins recipe below 🍌🤎✨ Recreated my most popular recipe ever in a chocolate version and I honestly think it might top the original!!! Literally tastes like a brownie but made with nutritious ingredients and added protein, you guys are gonna love 🤎 Ingredients: -2 large bananas mashed -2 eggs -1/3 cup greek yogurt -1/4 cup maple syrup -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 cup oat flour (buy or blend 1 cup oats to make it! ) -1/2 cup chocolate protein powder -1/4 cup cocoa powder -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/4 tsp salt -mini chocolate chips (measure with your heart🤎) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mash your bananas in a large bowl. Add all of your wet ingredients- eggs, greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla. Mix until just combined. 2. Blend your oats for oat flour. Add into the bowl then add the rest of your dry ingredients- protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mix but do NOT over mix. Fold in your chocolate chips. 3. Scoop batter into a lined muffin tray. This recipe should make about 10-12 muffins. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top then pop into the oven for 18-22 minutes.
