With soothing ingredients like Tea Tree & Centella it minimizes irritation while providing the skin w/ moisture w/ Aquaxyl so it can be used everyday! - Multi-usage toner; a clear thin watery formula! Toner: Use hands to apply to skin for light absorption; can be layered! Wiping toner: Soak onto a cotton pad & wipe gently on skin.
