First of the (two week) pheasant egg season. We are so lucky to work with such fantastic producers. On the left is a beautiful British pheasant egg from @firstchoiceproduceslough and on the right a classic hens egg for comparison. They may be smaller but what or lack in size they more than make up for in flavour.
