Thank you Annaghmakerrig... For offering me a new, nature-full, and comfortable space for breathing ideas into life. Grateful for: Conversation and connection with a group of wonderful artists and individuals. For the light on the lake in the mornings, for its stillness at night, and the moments I let my body deepen and slow down, stretch and rest. For an extended moment of integration and perspective between performances. For the wholesome food and a cosy room. For all my far flung friends who consistently walk with me through all my ups and downs, twists and turns (and god knows my life is full of plot twists). This past week was a pause and a whirlwind all at once. I’m blessed.
