I'm so incredibly impressed with my kid. Asha completed a 3 week summer pre-college program at The School Of Visual Arts!!! She animated a 30 second cartoon, drew some naked perverts (STAY WAY FROM MY ART KID, sorry!) And, she spent 3 weeks alone (I visited like every other day tbh...can't tell you how unbelievably cool it was to sit on a ny street with her and watch an ambulance with sirens on clip the side mirror off a "piece of cake" nyc moving van and have to stop and deal with it while we people watched them amd joked about the poor person inside. I used to walk down those same streets in different stages of poverty since I was 19! Now I get to sit with my 15 year old and talk sh!t? Incredible. ) I came here and was homeless for a long time and everything was a struggle. But everything I do is for her to have a more peaceful life than me. If something happens to me yawl better promise to go fund the eff out of my kid please. Cuz I honestly don't know what this kid would do without all the income I throw at her. I never had money before so I bet it all on her. I've laid my life down for her. And I'm grateful for it.
