🔥 LIVE CLASSES 🔥 I know how hard it can be to stay consistent and that everyday will be different. Some days you feel overwhelmed and not in the zone and other days you’ll be totally up for it. I created @owningyourmenopause to help support you however you’re feeling. With LIVE classes daily at 6.30am Monday - Friday plus Tuesday & Thursday 13.00 you will have the opportunity to workout in a LIVE guided session with other likeminded women in a supportive community - all classes are saved. On Wednesdays @puravijoshi will teach Yoga at 7pm On Saturdays @fisherpilates will take you through a dynamic pilates session @ 8.30am On Sundays @annamarie.gough will enlighten you to the power of your breath Every session is designed to help you build strength mentally and physically and to encourage you to start listening to your body. I want every woman to have the opportunity to find enjoyment in movement, to learn that it can be fun, and to You won’t have the same energy everyday and that’s okay but still show up, just dial down on the intensity. On the days you wake up with the energy and want to push yourself more - up the intensity. As your hormones rise and fall , your symptoms will impact your physical performance so please remember this means listening to your body.
