ANNOUNCEMENT: The winner of the MAAS Design Award for 2019 is RangerBot. RangerBot is the world’s first vision-based underwater robotic system designed specifically for coral reef environments. Designed by QUT (Engineering and Interface Team) and Designworks (Industrial Design), RangerBot is an intuitive, customisable and affordable robotic tool for monitoring the Great Barrier Reef and facilitating coral restoration activities.
