🪨“I got a rock.”🪨 #hosted I was invited by @knottsberryfarm to check out the opening weekend of Knotts Spooky Farm! A family-friendly Halloween celebration. Kids can dress in costume and even trick or treat! I have a deep love for the Peanuts gang. I read every strip in the sunday funnies and I owned so many of the comics because it was always a must on my scholastic book fair orders, not to mention all the animated series and specials.🥰 Getting to see them in their cute Halloween costumes was definitely a highlight of my day. Not to mention seeing Franklin!🥹 👻 From cookie and miniature pumpkin decorating, There were so many fun things to do! Make sure you check out: 🎃The Peanuts meet & greets at Camp Snoopy: Various Peanuts characters come out for photos throughout the day 🎃The Pumpkin Palooza at Camp Snoopy Theater: a cute Great Pumpkin themed show with Snoopy, Linus and Lucy! 🎃 Creepy Critters of Calico: where you can see and learn about some reptiles and insects 🎃Bob Baker Marionette’s Halloween Spooktacular: watch the cutest and entertaining marionette show! 🎃The Costume Calvacade: where Kids can show off their Halloween costumes on the Calico Mine Stage 🥧🍕Also The FOOD! There’s a variety of spooky themed foods and treats! I was able to try the Ghouls Beer Cheese Mac and Cheese with Steak Bites, the Spooky Crabby Sushi Roll, the Perilous Pumpkin Cheesecake Funnel Cake, the Zombie Brain Mint Brownie Stuffed Churro, and I also made sure to get myself my favorite thing at Knotts-Boysenberry wine! My favorite spooky items were probably the Mac and cheese and funnel cake, but make sure you have someone to share it with because that funnel cake is huge! This was my first time attending this event and let me tell ya, I had a BLAST! I also ran into my bestie @erikaenchanted which was a nice surprise but also helpful with sharing snacks!😅 We even left with the cutest merch!😍 This event runs Thursday-Sunday from now until October 31!
