Disclaimer: This caption got a bit deeper (and longer) than I anticipated so buckle in 😅

I created this reel last year, but the question is.. why did I never post it?

One word: Perfectionism. 
 The desire for perfectionism has a habit of disrupting my ‘flow’. Not just in regards to my business but also in other areas of my life. And withholding posting (perfectly good) content is a great example of that. 

Another example: I even hit a blockage when choosing the audio for this video. My overanalysing brain was questioning if it was appropriate for this video. I almost didn’t post. Like come on.. who actually keeping tabs on if an audio and video coincide well together?! No one 🫠

This is the same reason why sometimes I’ll lose consistency and not post anything for over week (me atm soz). Even though I have so much amazing content to share, I get overwhelmed trying to decipher which is really WORTHY. When at the end of the day, it’s all fabulous. 💅🏻

This has turned into a bit of a word vom but what I’ve reflected on while writing this is that I need to take a step back and lean into the delicious feminine energy that I hold. Energy that is carefree, creative, and fluid.💗
