Then when churning the next day I added in crushed holiday fudge covered Ritz! Sweet + salty + chocolaty. There is nothing better. The fudge covering on the crackers keeps them crunchy when mixed in, giving this ice cream the perfect texture. Recipe: 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 sleeve Ritz crackers 20 fudge covered Ritz crackers Combine all ingredients except the crackers and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the sleeve of regular Ritz crackers to the cream mixture and soak in the refrigerator overnight. Strain the mixture then churn in an ice cream maker, adding in 15 crushed fudge covered Ritz crackers towards the end.
