SPICED YOGURT DIP FOR FRUIT
INGREDIENTS 8 Servings
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix yogurt, honey, cinnamon and ginger in small bowl until well blended.
2. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
TIPS AND TRICKS
For extra fiber, add 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed.
