Pets are simply the BEST buddies! They bring so much joy, love, and laughter into your life!!! See last image of what Wesley (my cat) really thought about the snow 😂 these pictures were from 2020 but since it just randomly snowed here I thought I’d use these (and today the Oklahoma weather high is 64 and sunny... gotta love our crazy weather). Life Update: I love my pets like they are my kids. And the last few weeks or maybe it’s been a month have been a struggle for my sweet fur babies... My cat got really sick and almost had to have a major surgery (so far he has avoided it) but his lifestyle will be changed forever and he will need to be closely watched that the issue doesn’t come back ever. After spending a week at the vet and having a few minor procedures done, my cat finally came home and then my sweet dog had a stroke unexpectedly (just a couple weeks before that she went completely blind out of nowhere). Oh, she also has a chronic liver issue and needs fluids twice a week too (that’s been going on for just over a year) but latest labs show normal levels currently so that great news (she’s not cured but at least they aren’t bad)! Thankfully both are home and doing better now. It’s not completely smooth sailing and we still get some sleepless nights here and there but I am so thankful to still have them with me and that they are getting healthier and are happy. Continued thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you’re local I highly recommend City Veterinary Hospital of Tulsa! Been using them for quite a few years now and the level of service and care is unmatched to any place I’ve ever used before (which I’ve been quite a few places in midtown and south Tulsa). They truly know your pet, know your family, and are there for you day and night no matter the time! I can honestly say if it weren’t for them my dog would likely not be here today!
