9 exercises for a strong core 3,2,1, go ➡️
These exercises will challenge and condition your abdominal muscles to work hard, as well as challenge your balance and coordination.
With core exercises worry less about counting reps and more about the quality of each repetition. You can either perform all of these exercises in a circuit (ouch) for maximum core activation. Alternatively perform each exercise for about 6-8 reps, rest for 30 seconds and repeat 🔁.
We are probably coming to the end of bikini 👙 workouts in the garden 🪴 in the UK 🇬🇧 as we approach September, but it’s been good whilst it’s lasted!
