what you’ll need; FOR THE DONUT 1 cup GF all purpose flour (could use oat flour or regular if not worried about GF) 1/2 cup your fav protein powder (i did @youcanbeam vegan birthday cake protein powder) 1/4 cup nut butter (any kind works) 1/2 cup dairy free milk (i used oat) 2 eggs 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda SPRINKLES!!!!!! FOR THE FROSTING 1 cup greek yogurt (or DF yogurt if need to be dairy free, silk yogurt is a great option!) 1/2 cup powdered sugar (i used @lakanto ) 1 tsp vanilla SPRINKLES!!!!!! preheat your oven to 325° and spray a donut pan. now, mix all of your ingredients together, except for the chocolate, until it’s a nice and thick batter. full your donut pan up 3/4 of the way in each molding and bake for 14 minutes. let your donuts cool for at least 30 minutes before taking them out and transferring them to a wire rack. now make your frosting! once donuts are cooled, spread the frosting on top and add a few more sprinkles and voilà, 100 cal high protein birthday cake donuts!!!!!! nutrition facts (for 16 mini donuts); 100 cal // 3g f // 9g c // 11g p happy friYAYYYYY!♥️😋 #glutenfreerecipes #glutenfreedairyfree #glutenfreeeats #glutenfreelifestyle #dairyfreedessert #donuts #bakeddonuts #healthydonuts #proteinpacked
