HEAD CHEF Local // Young // Talented Many of you will know that Johnny is our Head Chef and that he produces our incredible food consistently. You may also know that he is fairly young, at a mere 27 - you may even know that he is a local lad. But that is probably about it, as he is super camera shy and loathing of any kind of self-promotion. Mostly, because he looks at what is produced in the #kitchen as a team effort (true) and doesn't want to take the credit BUT he genuinely deserves a serious pat on the back. We are so proud of him, and very lucky to call him our Head Chef. Managing a complex *cough* supply chain alongside strict #procurement parameters means constantly thinking on his feet; leading his team with a calm self assuredness and humour takes maturity. Plus, to do it with care and kindness, always putting his team of 12 before himself, takes real character. And then he produces THE FOOD OF DREAMS. So thanks Johnny.
