Meals & moments behind the madness of the past two weeks😅 While it has been stressful, I’m so immensely grateful to have the privilege to be stressed by these things!! Foodie details (bc that’s what you guys care abt lol) @emeraldcitybagels sesame bagel w veggie cc, watermelon radish, pickled red onion, cucumber, tomato, arugula, salt & pepper. + iced oatmilk latte from @brashcoffee @yeppacoatl pino Grigio @erewhon inspired kale, white bean, avocado salad with sesame crusted chicken. (So good my current meal prep fav) @delbaratl mezze & dip spread 10 min power bowl. Microwave brown rice quinoa mix, cabbage, tomato, onion, olive oil, can of tuna, feta, hummus & balsamic. Perfect for dinners in a pinch. @colettebread sourdough with avocado & tomato’s from the farmers market. Greek yogurt with fresh peaches. Meal prepped peaches & cream overnight oats. 1/2 cup @onedegreeorganics sprouted gluten free oats (only ones that don’t bother my stomach), tbs @bobsredmill chia, 2 big spoonfuls @fage 2% Greek yogurt, @malkorganics to mix, chopped peach. Let sit overnight & top with frozen raspberries & @woodstockfoods almond butter. @jenisicecreams brambleberry crisp and brown butter almond. (My favs) The most insane dessert bowl. Base of @lesserevilsnacks popcorn, @lilys_sweets chocolate chips, @undercoversnacks chocolate Berry quinoa crisps, medjool dates stuffed with pb & @onedegreeorganics vanilla hemp granola.
