My biggest piece of advice for starting/sticking to your fitness routine?
Remember that you are creating a LIFESTYLE. Meaning you are in it for the long haul, not just a short sprint to be revisited every few weeks or months when your motivation spikes up again. You’re not ‘done’ after one challenge, one competition, once you face one setback or even when one goal is achieved... it’s a long term commitment to yourself and you should be ever growing in where you’re at and what you’re working towards.
Show up each day knowing that what you do will contribute to the bigger picture, which is a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE full of all the good things!
For me this is movement, sunshine, yummy food’s, laughter and stability in my mental & physical health.
Minuscule activities lead to massive improvements. Remember this 💚
