WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🥑🍎 SAVE ✅ Another great example of what I eat in a day. Remember that this is what suits MY personal macros and goals. Take this as inspo! Breakfast: ☕️ Coffee! I used the pumpkin spice cake nespresso pod, with a dash of oat milk. 🌮 2 breakfast tacos. 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, hot sauce. I used corn tortillas and I got them from farm boy! 🏋🏻‍♀️ Post Workout: @womensbest smart bar in hazelnut nougat. It’s literally my weakness, packed with 20GRAMS of protein! Use my code GINA20 for a discount !!️ 🥗Lunch: One of my fav spots in Ossington, called Pho Tien Thanh. My go to is the chicken and rice with fried egg on top! 🍛Dinner: Bulgolgi Beef (marinated with bulgolgi sauce) White rice (1/2 cup) Bok Choy (some soy sauce) And that’s a wrap!
