A WEEK OF LOWER-IMPACT LUNCHES AT GANNI HQ
Our in-house chef @evahurtigkarl cooks lunch every day for around 100 of our colleagues at GANNI HQ in Copenhagen.
Responsibility is at the core of everything we do, which is why our kitchen uses local in-season organic produce, which hasn’t been in a plastic wrapping for weeks or flown halfway around the world. The majority of our lunches are plant-based, and we try to use up all our leftovers.
What we do in the GANNI kitchen won’t single-handedly save the world, but it’s a small reminder for us all to make more responsible choices every day for ourselves, GANNI and the planet. #GANNILAB
