Epsiode 12 Habits- Mindset Instead of trying to achieve too much at one time, E.g create 4 content videos and edit them all to post or read 10 pages a day or get up early go for a run then the gym and try journal or meditate whatever it is... If you can’t do that all at once free your mind from it, the less you add into your routine is better and once you get better at implementing a goal, or routine, then you can add another. Just because you see someome else having an amazing morning routine, evening routine, looks more shredded in the gym, has a better lifestyle highlight. Stop to ask yourself those people that have these amazing routines, or body, whatever it is, had struggles had bumps in the road, so before you start & JUDGE YOURSELF- ASK YOURSELF am i capable of doing one great task-goal today. ( this is something i need to practice still ) & if you still feel overwhelmed, limiting beliefs overthinking. Put your phone away sit with yourself, not too long to realise, whatever desire you want to attract in your life, is it genuinely worth you being stressed, upset about, not being able to achieve certain goals, it just means you may need to go a different route.
