✨Weekly wins✨ I missed last weeks one !! But this one hopefully makes up for it, a biggg week with starting therapy, my e-book launch, going away on holiday and eating a nearly 3 course meal for lunch🥹 The therapy is a massive one for me. I’ve never gone to therapy despite having my eating disorder background. I think it surprises a lot of people which is completely understandable.
