I pan fried these in a little oil, however, I also ran a test batch in the air frier to be able to provide you with that option as well. Both were absolutely delicious and super crunchy! Here is how you make them... 🧀Ingredients: 2 @cutdacarb flatbreads Filling: 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/4 parmesan, shredded Salt Garlic Seasoning 2 tsp each chopped basil and parsley Egg for sealing Dredge: 2 eggs, whisked 1-1.5 cup grated parmesan Oil for frying(I use extra light olive oil) Marinara sauce for dipping 🔥Directions: Combine all your filling ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Lay out one @CutDaCarb flatbread and scoop the filling out evenly with a small cookie scoop in a 3x4 grid(see video). Brush egg in between filling and around the border. Top with other flatbread and cut between filling into squares. Add egg into one bowl and grated parmesan into another. Dunk each ravioli square into egg and then into parmesan. Squeeze all edges together to reinforce the seal. Add oil to skillet over medium heat. Pan fry ravioli 3 minutes per side or until golden and crisped. For the air fryer option cook at 350 4 minutes per side watching closely as they will brown fast. Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil and plate them up with more grated parmesan and basil. I like to dip mine in some warmed marinara sauce.
