🤘🏽workout: set your timer for 30 min and complete as many rounds as possible of the circuit, aiming to rest only when needed.🤘🏽 1️⃣10 single leg RDL to press (each side) 2️⃣10 thrusters 3️⃣30 sec of mt. climbers 4️⃣5 burpees 5️⃣10 BWD lunge to press (each side) 6️⃣20 sec jog (can do light high knees in place) 7️⃣10 squat to squat jump (1 squat 1 jump is 1 rep) 🔁repeat over & over for 30 min, getting in as many rounds as possible🔁 WOOO! that was a good one, am i right?! a nice little workout that hits every muscle while also focusing on functional training and building your endurance! up for a challenge? try this work out again in two or three weeks and see if you can get more rounds than you did last time! this is a great way to test if you are building strength and endurance. happy saturdayyy! let’s start this weekend off strong!🙌🏽 #functionalfitness #conditioningtraining #running #fullbodyworkout #fullbodyworkouts #hiitworkout #hiitcardio #hiitcircuit #duathlon #mobility #hybridathlete
