2022 goal: Spend more time in listening This year I'm going to spend more time listening than talking. Listening to nature is a skill (that I haven't mastered yet). At a recent Tea Ceremony (yes, I attended a tea ceremony and it was friggin cool), we we were all reminded of the benefits of just sitting and listening. The art of actively listening to your surroundings and not thinking about the 100 other things you should be doing can help you become more focused and in turn more productive. Ironically, this silence will probably end up louder than I expected depending on where I'm sitting. 😁
