#invisalign makeover 🫡 So many times after a smile makeover, it's hard to put into words what it does to a client’s mentality. Laurianne had always been embarrassed about her smile - but was too afraid to have any treatment due to poor dental experiences when younger. If you look closely at the BEFORE image, the smile is narrow on the sides with the teeth beside the centrals sticking out and the lower teeth extremely crowded. There is a deep bite - with the lower teeth almost fully covered by the top teeth - resulting in loss of vertical facial height. Extractions were not an option for her. During the consult, i did a computer simulation to show her what her teeth would look like with the smile broadened and crowding fixed. This really helped her see what was possible for her smile and got her over the line to FINALLY do something about her smile. The end result is a more balanced #smile that is complementary to the facial profile and features.
