Get to know your #DBtrainer, @natalie_dancebody. Natalie has been a DanceBody trainer for almost 4 years now. Aside from seeing her teach class favorites like Full Out and Strength + Stability, Natalie also works with us full-time as our Director of Training. This means she oversees and trains all our amazing #DBtrainers - we love you Nat! Her go to activewear brand is @beyondyoga, because comfort for her is key. She loves napping with her cat, Fred, early 2000’s hip hop and homemade Rice Krispie Treats.
