There are just TWO MONTHS between these two pictures🤯 I can never quite believe how quickly my skin deteriorated. In just two short months, my skin went from mainly superficial breakouts to a severe one, with painful acne all over my face. I never knew acne could happen so quickly, but having it happen so fast threw me in at the deep end of figuring out why loving yourself with acne is so important: if you don’t love yourself, the spiral into self-hatred is quick and takes a LOT to come back from.
