I can’t stress enough the importance of our NUTRITION and it’s impact on our cognitive functioning, physical performance, internal health markers, and aesthetics. What we eat, how much we eat, when we eat, all matter and will have a massive impact on ALL we do. From an aesthetic standpoint, you can train with exactly the same methodology and intensity all year-round, but your diet will effect body fat and lean mass changes. From a cognitive and physical functioning aspect, when and how much we eat, and where we structure our macronutrients, will effect our performance. The hour you spend in the gym is the easy part. The other 23 hours of the day is what many individuals struggle with. That’s why we opened @revolutionizeusa . We were personal trainers in the industry for years. Our clients got stronger, faster, more flexible, more agile, but they struggled with the nutritional component, thus unable to acquire the aesthetic results they had hoped for. It wasn’t until they would adhere to a correct and sustainable nutrition plan, that their bodies began to change. They nourished their bodies correctly. They were in an appropriate caloric / macronutrient surplus or deficit for their fat loss, muscle gain, and overall body composition goals.
More many, the gym and your training program is the most appealing part of a healthy lifestyle. The nutritional component isn’t so “sexy” or exciting 😂
But when you pull it ALL together, consistently over time, and you practice patience, it’s truly incredible what our bodies are capable of doing.
