After my last tutorial, I got quite a few requests from people wondering how to keep their cycling socks and kit looking new (especially getting out those pesky chain lube stains we all love.) I have found @oxicleanofficial to be a complete miracle worker, and it’s gentle enough to use on your expensive cycling gear. In this video I use OxiClean White Renew (which is also safe on colors) but any formula will do! When using this method just make sure you use a mixing ratio of One full scoop of OxiClean per gallon of water & make sure the garments are fully submerged to soak for 6 HOURS. Afterwards, wash with a gentle detergent, half a scoop of oxy clean, on delicate with cold water and then hang to dry.
