✨She is alive, she is grateful, she is breathing✨ A little over a week ago I taught a yoga class full of inspiring women after a workout class taught by @nicolesteenfitness. It felt so amazing to teach such supportive, positive, and powerful women that I can call my friends. Yoga has taught me to to be grateful of the things I took for granted. My creativity was one of them. I feel excited when I am able to freely express myself through different forms of art, and yoga is one of them. When I teach yoga to others, I feel happy and calm, and can let go of the fear that once blocked my creativity from coming out.
