My name is Amalia, Iām originally from Argentina and I currently live in Upstate New York. My passion is all things āfoodā, and I went to school to study nutrition, food agriculture and food quality.
Currently Iām a grad student at Cornell university, and if youāre wondering *why* did I decide to go back to school after many years of working in food already, it was because Iām an avid learner and food keeps evolving every day!. Donāt you agree? š¤
I started this account in 2020, when there was no other choice than staying homeš” . My way of ācopingā with that unusual period of time was through cooking, specially food that reminded me of my hometown with Latino flavors like dulce de leche, quince, flan and many empanadas! Yum!
