My name is Amalia, I’m originally from Argentina and I currently live in Upstate New York. My passion is all things “food”, and I went to school to study nutrition, food agriculture and food quality. Currently I’m a grad student at Cornell university, and if you’re wondering *why* did I decide to go back to school after many years of working in food already, it was because I’m an avid learner and food keeps evolving every day!.
