No shoes. Arched feet. Toes spread. Glutes to heels.
Bridged sissy squat mechanics into the hack to bias the quads where most lifts can’t. Deep knee flexion, upright torso, hips out of it. Just pressure, control, and clean lines through the knees. Set out on hitting this months ago and I don’t gloat about my lifts often, but proud of this one.
