When I specifically train my arms, they fall asleep and tingle at night. Like multiple times throughout my slumber. Disturbing my sleep. I went to the doctor once to ask about that a couple years ago. Think it’s just a circulation thing. Idk. Pump too hard I guess 😣🥵🤔
Will probably continue this training split for a couple more weeks tbh, and then maybe I’ll do the Christmas/holiday program with y’all next month. 😈 Harvey and I are in the process of creating that now, so get ready
⚡️Pull-Ups: first week switching to this grip since I’ve been working with chin-ups for months. Felt okay.
⚡️Tripod Row: fave for putting my body in a stable position to toe
⚡️SA Lateral Raise
⚡️TRX Reach: emphasis on anti extension for my core this time
⚡️BB Press
⚡️Handstand Holds: max hold
⚡️Rotational Lateral Row
⚡️Sprints: had 6, 15 second sprints after this session
