The perfect chocolate brownies recipe. They have the perfect level of gooeyness and that all important crackly top 🥹 this is one of my forever favourite desserts and I’m so glad you guys agreed last year. Ingredients 150g / 5.3 oz Chocolate 160g / 1.25 cups Plain white flour 250g / 1.25 cups Caster sugar 1⁄2 tsp Salt 120g / 4.2 oz Unsalted butter 1 tsp Vanilla bean extract 120ml / 4 floz Nut milk 60g / 2.1 oz Cocoa powder Instructions 1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/ 356°F. Line a 15cm square baking tray with baking paper and grease the sides with butter. 2. In a saucepan, melt your butter on a low heat. Add your milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Combine. Then add the chocolate. Continue stirring until the chocolate is melted. 3. In a large bowl, sieve the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Combine. 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry. Mix. 5. Pour the batter into the tray. Bake for 20 minutes. 6. Remove and leave the brownies to completely cool in the tin. 7.
