Say hi to our newest collaboration with the AMAZING @koyalondon It’s called Ko Kinako and is a delightfully refreshing kinako milk ice cream (grounded roasted soya bean) rippled with kuromistu (black cane sugar syrup) in between lovely brown sugar shortbread. It’s been a long time coming and @shukooda and @terri_mercieca with the help of the ice cream queen @adi.pastry , we have been testing and perfecting but it’s arrived in the good time for this sunny summer and to go perfectly after a gorgeous bowl of Koyas udon noodles!
