Movement is my release. An outlet for my creative spirit. Allowing me to access both my truest self and any enigma I wish to embody. Giving me the ability to truly express myself, to occupy a space with my energy and intention. It also allows me to connect with my community. To share and exchange with people of all walks of life. Each telling their story through movement for all to see. To me dance is the expressive connection of mind, body and soul.
