We weren’t going to let you go through PSL season with the same basic standby. Meet your new favorite fall beverage: the Pistachio Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Pistachio Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
1 cup Brown sugar
200ml Hot water
1 cup Pumpkin puree
1 tsp Cinnamon ground
1 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp Ginger ground
1⁄2 tsp Cloves ground
1⁄3 tsp Nutmeg ground
30g Tahini paste
Espresso

PUMPKIN SPICE TAHINI SYRUP
1. Mix brown sugar with hot water
until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add pumpkin puree and mix
thoroughly.
3. Add cinnamon, vanilla extract,
ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Mix
and simmer on low heat for 5-10
minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add of
Tahini paste and mix
thoroughly.
5. Allow the mixture to cool down
and store in the fridge overnight
for use the next day.
6. If syrup is too thick and difficult
to pour, add a little bit of hot
water to thin.

Latte
1. Add 1oz of syrup, mix with
double espresso shot and stir
thoroughly.
2. Top off with a generous
amount of steamed Original
Táche.
3. Enjoy with a dollop of
whipped cream and sprinkle
with cinnamon on top
(optional).
