Food and Drinks will be provided at 12 PM CST, with their Contested Omnibus hearing beginning at 1:30 PM CST. Their court appearance will be in front of Judge Tamara Lynn Yon at the Pennington County District Court located on 141 Main Avenue South, Thief River Falls Minnesota 56701. They are represented by Claire Glenn, Attorney-Fellow for the Line 3 Legal Defense Project of the Civil Liberties Defense Center (CLDC) and Water Protector Legal Collective (WPLC). Stand in solidarity as defendants continue to navigate the court systems and stand against Line 3. Show your support and, if you can, wear blue to make a wave of impact on the Court.
