Yesterday was magical. It was electric and powerful. It’s a day I’ll never forget. When @buffbunny asked me to be a @grounds_app trainer almost 2 years ago, I knew this project would be bigger than us. I knew it would change lives in numerous ways. I’ve always believed in the power of community — it’s what made lifestyle changes finally click for me after many attempts at doing it on my own — and I knew that more women needed to experience it and feel supported. Yesterday was the epitome of community. You all showed up — for your health, for your families, for your mental health and mindset, for our #GroundsGirls community, but most importantly FOR YOURSELVES. I loved hearing your stories and how Grounds has changed your lives. I feel incredibly fulfilled and I’ll cherish every hug and carry your strength with me. We are all stronger together. Fitness is for EVERY BODY and that’s something I’ll NEVER stop saying. An immense shout out & thank you to every single volunteer who helped make this event possible.
