Constantly on nights out on the weekend, just waiting for friday to come is honestly sad to hear from some people, remember you have choices, if you decide to make certain choices on your lifestyle yet still see yourself being stuck, keep asking yourself what you really want or else you’ll be caught in an endless lop of dissatisfaction. 1% better, don’t be fooled by everything you see, all online- TikTok the whole lot, trying to be healthy-create healthy habits and new structure in your life takes time. Being surpressed by trying to juggle so much and change yourself for you only can be hard if you haven’t started creating new habits and sticking to them. If its trying meditation for 5 minutes in solitude- creating a healthy lunch and reading 2 pages of a new book that’s also enough!
