Crossing Borders - A journey to sisterhood In the spring of 2022, Agnieszka, Angelica, Caroline, Fya, Ira, Laura and Maria holidayed together in a beautiful house in the heart of Tuscany. At that time, they were strangers travelling across Europe to Tuscany to feed their creative souls through their shared passion: analogue photography. After two years of COVID lockdowns and the urgency to create art without limitations, this opportunity was a blessing to these women. Crossing Borders —A journey to sisterhood, seeks the authenticity of the feminine gaze. The images taken by these seven women showcase a sensitive and poetic vision with underlying notes of mystery. Crossing borders will be exhibited at the Agitate Gallery (@agitate.shop) in Edinburgh from the 11th of November 2022 til the 18th of November 2022.
