This really doesn’t look like much and let’s be honest, it’s not that pretty...but the flavor really is there! I made the infamous TikTok Green Goddess Salad from @bakedbymelissa with a few of my own tweaks (like adding cilantro, jalapeño, and using lime juice instead of lemon) and then tossed some shredded rotisserie chicken on top for a super tasty lunch! When you mix it all together, the chicken gets coated in the dressing and it’s just mouthwatering. Such a fresh and delicious salad that is definitely getting me excited for summer along with this warm weather!
