Mournful Monday Family!!!! Today was Bitter Sweet having to say Goodbye at a Memorial Service for a Dear Friend of over 25 years, who lost her Life and the Life of her Wonderful Spouse in a Fatal car Accident!!! Charlene, known to many as Charlie, was the Sister of my Dear Friend @shirleyghautehair who had been a Friend since we met in the mid 90's when I was doing MakeUp for her Photo Shoots for Every Beauty and Hair magazine that was on the Newsstand!!! Shirley would use Charlie as one of her models and Thus a Friendship began, not only with Charlie, but with All her sisters; because Shirley said "All her Sisters" were Beautiful and wanted them All featured!!! I literally watched Charlie grow up, Marry the Love of her life Kyle and have Two Tremendous Sons that she LOVED and ADORED Immensely!!! Today's Memorial Service,was held at their Church home, The First Baptist Church of Glenarden. Both Charlie & Kyle were Extremely Loved and Well known by Many People. You could tell by the Overwhelming amount of people that showed up to Show their Respect, Say Goodbye, & to let both Families know just how much they Loved and would Miss them both!!! The Outpouring message about Love taken from 1st Corinthians was the Message that Stemmed from the Beginning of the service to the end. We heard from Soloist, Ministers, #Friends, #Family, DC and Maryland City Officials, and Even Video Tributes from Cece Winans and Stevie Wonder!!! Following the service There was the Releasing of Doves 🕊 outside before we all got in our cars and made our way over to Martin's Crosswinds for The Repass to Break Bread and Fellowship with Food Provided from Carolina Kitchen all the while Reminiscing about the Lives of Two Amazing People!! Kyle and Charlie leave behind two Wonderful sons, We know "It takes a Village" to raise a child Well, Both their Families "Vowed" they would Forever Take care of Kyle Jr. And Knico!!! Fam, I didn't think it was Appropriate to take pics BUT I couldn't get out of it, today was like A Family Reunion!!!
